Starting at $125 per person
A refined four-course dining experience centered around seasonal ingredients and your personal preferences. Enjoy a soup or salad, followed by an appetizer, an entrée with two seasonal sides, and a dessert to finish. Premium protein selections and elevated presentation are included, with fresh baked bread and house butter served alongside each course.
$900 event minimum
booking retainer
To secure your preferred date, a $100 non-refundable retainer is required. This ensures your event is reserved and will be applied toward confirming your booking, separate from the final balance.
Final payment is due 10 days prior to the event.
cancellation policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to your scheduled event will forfeit the retainer; however, it may be applied toward one future booking within six months, subject to availability.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will result in forfeiture of the retainer, and 50% of the total event cost will be due, due to preparation and ingredient commitments.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled event will require full payment of the total event cost.
In the event that Mountain Roots Chef must cancel due to an emergency, all payments will be fully refunded.
travel fees
Based out of Haywood County, North Carolina
Travel within 30 minutes is included with all bookings. Events located 30 to 60 minutes away will incur a $75 travel fee, and those 60 to 90 minutes away will incur a $125 fee.
Locations beyond 90 minutes may be accommodated upon request, with travel pricing confirmed in advance of booking.
