david breeden

Chef David Breeden is a personal chef rooted in Western North Carolina, specializing in refined Appalachian and Lowcountry cuisine inspired by seasonality, tradition and thoughtful technique. As a graduate of Asheville-Buncombe Technical College’s Culinary Art’s Program, Chef Breeden is trained in classical culinary techniques, pastry, baking, and has extensive knowledge of global culinary preparations, building a well-rounded foundation in both traditional and international cuisine.

With more than 13 years of professional culinary experience, he has worked in restaurant kitchens and private dining experiences where precision, consistency, and elevated execution are essential. Working closely with regional farms and independent producers, the menus are crafted and built around seasonal, locally sourced ingredients at their peak.

Each dining experience is thoughtfully curated for private homes, mountain retreats, and destination gatherings, where exceptional food becomes the centerpiece of the evening.
