Every menu is curated specifically for your event. Drawing from Appalachian and Lowcountry traditions, global technique, and the finest ingredients available each season, your dining experience is crafted with balance, intention, and refinement.
booking confirmation

Once your menu and event details are finalized, a retainer secures your date. Due to each experience being personalized and ingredients are being sourced in advance, a limited number of bookings are accepted each month.
Final payment is due 10 days prior to the event.

On the day of your event, Chef Breeden arrives with all ingredients and all necessary equipment. Courses are prepared on-site, plated with care, and served in the comfort of your destination. After the service, the kitchen is left spotless so you and your guests can simply enjoy the evening. From the preparation to cleanup, every detail is handled with care and quiet confidence.
