Meal Structure
- Starter Course: Appetizer, soup, or salad
- Main Course: Protein + two sides
- Final Course: Dessert or finger foods
Pricing Tiers
$55 per person
Mid-grade restaurant quality—chicken, pork, beef, and some seafood.
$65–$75 per person
Higher-end proteins like shrimp, veal, and lamb, with elegant plating.
$85+ per person
Fine dining with premium proteins like lobster, scallops, and filet mignon.
$100+ per person
Fully immersive culinary experience, wine pairings, exclusive dishes.
Booking & Payment
An $80 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The final invoice will be sent 7 days before your event. A $50 travel fee applies to all bookings located more than 40 miles outside of Haywood County.
